Direct integrations

Slack, Discord, Telegram, Notion, Mailchimp, HubSpot, and Google Sheets — each with a real API call on submission and a "test before you save" connection check, configured once as a global default with a per-form override available in that form's own Settings.

Webhook

Post every submission as JSON to Zapier, Make, n8n, or your own endpoint — see Webhooks for the exact request shape, and Connecting a Form to Make for a worked example.

When an integration fails

Global Settings → Email → Integration Failure: get emailed when any integration fails to deliver, with the entry ID and the actual error — free on every plan, no license required. An integration delivery failure never blocks the entry itself from being saved; the entry is always created first.

What's still on the roadmap

Shown in the same grid, clearly marked as not yet built: ActiveCampaign, Constant Contact, GetResponse, ConvertKit, Drip, Pipedrive, Salesforce, Trello, Zoom, Google Calendar, and Campaign Monitor. If you need one of these today, the generic Webhook can usually reach the same destination through Zapier or Make in the meantime.
